About the History

City Two Property Sdn Bhd or Our Company is incorporated in Malaysia as a private company on 26th March 2004.The founders of the Company are Mr. Koo Kam Swee who have more than 40 years experience in the real estate business entity.

The business of the Company began from a small sole proprietor company which was formed in the year of 1985 under the company known as City Property Services.

Over the past 40 years, City Property Services had built up a good reputation among “project owners or developers” including many major corporate bodies.

In order to reflex better reputation and  for more effective management system as well as better synergy, the Management of City Property Services  decided to convert the sole proprietor  company into a private limited company, which  is now known as City Two Property Sdn. Bhd.

CITY TWO PROPERTY SDN BHD.  is a well established real estate firms which is registered by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents bearing Registration No. E (1) 0968 and has been providing a wide range of property services under the name of CITY PROPERTY SERVICES since 1985.

The principals of the firm are Mr. KOO KAM SWEE-E747 and Ms Lee Wei Chai-E2499 REGISTERED REAL ESTATE AGENTS, who have vast experience of more than 30 years in real estate. They uphold the principle of never compromise to achieve excellent management and professional services to customers.
